What you will do:

Manage a complex caseload of adults with mental health needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Undertake strengths-based assessments, reviews, and care planning in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice.

Lead, supervise, mentor, and support less experienced Social Workers and Social Care Coordinators.

Provide supervision in line with professional and regulatory requirements, promoting continuous professional development.

Offer professional advice and guidance on complex cases and deputise for the Assistant Team Manager or Team Manager when required.

Promote anti-discriminatory practice, equality, inclusion, and social justice throughout all aspects of service delivery.
