Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Staines-upon-Thames Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40+ hours per week Salary: £28,000 per annum (Up to £30,000+ depending on qualifications and experience) About Us We are a warm, vibrant, and highly supportive nursery based in Staines-upon-Thames. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis! The Role As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in the daily life of the nursery, providing exceptional care and high-quality early education to our children. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Key Person to a group of children, tracking their progress, keeping learning journals up to date, and planning engaging activities suited to their individual needs. Implement and deliver the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework effectively. Ensure a safe, clean, and happy environment that promotes child development and independence. Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider nursery team. Adhere strictly to all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene policies and procedures. What We are Looking For Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent) is essential. Experience: Previous experience working within an early years setting / nursery. Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding practices, and child protection procedures. Attributes: Passionate about early years education, trustworthy, reliable, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Note: An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required for this position.
