As a Repairs Coordinator in the property industry based in Coalville, you'll play a key role in ensuring repairs are managed smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve organising repair schedules and liaising with contractors to keep everything running as it should. Client Details This role is with a property organisation based in Coalville. Description Coordinate repair schedules and appointments with contractors and tenants. Maintain accurate records of all repair requests and completed work. Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to resolve issues promptly. Track and monitor the progress of repairs to ensure timely completion. Handle any follow-up actions required after repairs are completed. Assist with administrative tasks related to property repairs and maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during repair processes. Provide updates and reports to the management team as required. Profile A successful Repairs Coordinator should have: Experience in property or repairs coordination. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. An ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from £18.00 to £22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
