Are you an experienced administrator with board, governance or programme support experience? Are you confident coordinating meetings, managing actions and working with a wide range of stakeholders? Signature Recruitment is recruiting a Programme Coordinator for an immediate start opportunity with a well-regarded higher education institution in Central London. This is a two-month temporary role paying £20 per hour. You will work Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis, typically spending two to three days in the office and the remainder working from home. As Programme Coordinator, you will provide essential board and governance support within a busy transformation programme. You will coordinate formal board meetings held every two weeks, alongside weekly programme meetings. Working across a large stakeholder group, you will liaise with internal teams and external consultants to keep meetings, actions and information organised. The programme is fast-paced and evolving, so this role will suit someone who can learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities and provide reliable administrative support. You will join colleagues across project management, business analysis, change and communications. Programme Coordinator - Key Responsibilities: Coordinate board and governance meetings, including agendas, invitations and papers Take accurate minutes and maintain clear records of decisions and agreed actions Organise weekly programme meetings and circulate agendas and actions promptly Manage the shared inbox, responding to queries, signposting requests and maintaining records Coordinate meeting rooms and provide practical support for in-person workshops Provide ad hoc programme administration and information gathering as priorities change Programme Coordinator - Key Skills: Experience in board, governance, programme or senior administrative support Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Clear communication skills and confidence liaising with varied stakeholders Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to learn quickly and use initiative This opportunity would particularly suit someone who can hit the ground running and remain organised when priorities change.
