We’re recruiting for a Part-Time Call Centre Advisor to join a friendly, customer-focused team within a busy professional services environment. This is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and efficient service by telephone, email and online. Hours: 20 hours per week, 4 days Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Shifts: 8:30am–1:30pm or 12:30pm–5:30pm, on a rota Salary: Dependent on age, minimum wage + 20p per hour Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Direct enquiries to the appropriate team member or department. Manage appointments, including bookings, confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling. Monitor appointment availability and support the team with effective diary management. Respond to telephone, email and online enquiries within agreed timescales. Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, products and promotions. Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks. Support the wider team and management with ad-hoc administration when required. Represent the business professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience at all times. About You A friendly, confident and professional telephone manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a busy administration or customer service environment. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good IT skills and confidence using different computer systems. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well within a team. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. Previous call centre or sector-specific experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
