Graduate Application Support Analyst – Bath / remote hybrid - £25,000 – £27,000 A software house in central Bath has a requirement for a Graduate / Junior level Application Support Analyst. The role will be joining a leading SaaS organisation, providing software to financial services clients. You will be joining a team providing first-class technical support for a variety of financial applications, working directly with either with client infrastructure and development teams, or third-party IT support providers. The role would suit a bright graduate who is looking to break into the world of IT / software. If you have an analytical mind and experience dealing with large data sets from university projects, that would be great. An understanding of databases (or SQL) would be really beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided. More than anything, a positive attitude, first-class communication skills and a desire to work in tech and learn new skills are key here. You will most likely have the following: Degree educated (an IT related / technical degree would be ideal) An analytical mind Some experience working with data Great communication skills Any prior database experience , or familiarity of SQL, would be a bonus This is a great opportunity to join an established business who have a superb reputation in the market.
