What you’ll be doing as a Production Operative Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line Assembling, packing, and quality checking products in line with company standards Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for all colleagues Completing routine checks and maintaining clean, tidy working areas Supporting your team members and working collaboratively to hit production targets Troubleshooting minor production issues and reporting faults promptly What we’re looking for in our Manufacturing Production Operatives No previous experience needed – full training provided Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working on your feet and handling manual tasks Ability to work flexibly, including shift work, weekends, and overtime if required Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude Your working environment Supportive team culture where all colleagues are valued Modern facilities with best-in-class health and safety standards Develop new skills with opportunities for progression in production and manufacturing Why join us?
