Job Description

An established private equity firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to its Founder. This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive operating within a fast-paced investment environment. The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the Founder, managing complex schedules, international travel and confidential business matters while working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm. A calm, proactive and highly polished approach is essential in this founder-facing role. Key Responsibilities Extensive diary management across multiple time zones Coordinate complex international travel and detailed itineraries Prepare board papers, presentations and meeting materials Manage correspondence and inbox management where appropriate Liaise with investors, advisers and senior stakeholders Coordinate board meetings and investment committee meetings Organise internal and external events Process expenses and oversee administrative workflows Handle highly confidential business matters with absolute discretion Anticipate priorities and proactively manage changing schedules Candidate Requirements Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting a Founder, CEO, Managing Partner or C-suite executive Experience within private equity, hedge funds, investment banking, venture capital or professional services Exceptional diary and travel management experience Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong stakeholder management skills High attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills Calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach Absolute discretion and professionalism Additional Details Salary £60,000 - £70,000 Location: St James's Working pattern: 5 days in the office If you’re an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a high-profile role supporting the Founder of a private equity firm, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
