Junior Private PA Tiger Private are seeking a Junior Private PA to join an established UHNW family office, supporting the female Principal and her young son, alongside the Head of the Family Office. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious junior PA looking to take the next step in their career and gain genuine exposure to the world of private household and family office support. Working closely with the long-standing Head of the Family Office you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced professional, develop your skills and take on increasing responsibility over time. The role will predominantly support the female Principal and her son, while also providing wider administrative and household support to the family office. It is an incredibly varied position, combining private, household and business support, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities will include: Managing the diaries and calendars of the female Principal and her son Managing correspondence on behalf of the Principal Attending calls with the Principal to take notes and assist where required Liaising with household and business staff regarding the family's diary, travel and day-to-day logistics Assisting with researching, booking and coordinating UK and international travel for the family Managing medical appointments for the Principal and her son Acting as the main point of contact with the school and coordinating school communications Organising playdates, birthday parties, extracurricular activities and other social commitments Assisting with personal projects as required Supporting the Head of the Family Office with administration relating to the family's properties Liaising with household staff, bookkeepers and accountants regarding invoices and cost approvals Assisting with the organisation of events hosted by the family, including private entertaining and charity events Running errands, shopping and purchasing gifts Being willing to travel when required, including accompanying the family internationally for up to two months of the year and assisting with all travel logistics About you We're looking for candidates who have already gained a solid administrative foundation through a Team Assistant, Administrator, Reception, Front of House, Production Assistant or Junior PA role. Previous exposure to diary management, travel booking and supporting busy, high profile individuals would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, discreet and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn. Above all, we're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is excited by the opportunity to work within a UHNW family office, learn from the Head of a Family Office and build a long-term career in private PA support.
