What you will do

• Manage a caseload of service users, providing assessment, recovery planning, review, and ongoing keywork support.
• Conduct comprehensive screening and risk assessments, ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and appropriately managed.
• Deliver structured one-to-one and group-based interventions focused on substance misuse recovery, harm reduction, and wellbeing.
• Support service users to access treatment, housing, employment, healthcare, and wider community resources.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Substance Misuse, Community Work, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience working within substance misuse, mental health, housing, criminal justice, or related community services.
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and support vulnerable adults with multiple needs.
• Experience delivering structured interventions and facilitating recovery-focused groups.
