What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and young people in care, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
• Prepare and implement care plans, ensuring that all actions are in the best interest of the child.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive approach to the welfare of children.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews, updating care plans and strategies as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to foster carers and families, helping them navigate and understand the care process.
• Ensure all legal and statutory responsibilities are met, maintaining up-to-date case records and reports.
