What you will do

• Provide high-quality mental health care and support for adolescents aged 13 to 18 in our 15-bed acute inpatient unit.
• Implement therapeutic care plans and assist in coping strategies for young people.
• Conduct functional skills assessments to help patients on their path to recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in regular team meetings to ensure quality care delivery.
