Client Services PA

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in legal operations, project coordination or as a paralegal, who is looking to move into a client-facing role with a strong focus on project delivery, process improvement and legal technology. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help deliver key client projects, coordinate workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through innovative ways of working. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage the preparation, formatting and distribution of project documentation. Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Support the onboarding of new client matters and maintain accurate project records. Prepare reports, presentations and other materials for client meetings. Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance client services. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a legal operations, project coordination or paralegal role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. An interest in legal technology and process improvement. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
