Job Description
We have a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Travelling Private PA to join the established Family Office of a highly respected ultra-high-net-worth international family. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a close-knit travelling support team, providing seamless assistance to the principals across their international residences in London, Europe, the United States and Asia. The successful candidate will enjoy a highly varied role that combines traditional private PA responsibilities with hands-on household and service support whilst travelling, making it ideally suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoys no two days being the same. Unlike a traditional Private PA position, this role naturally evolves depending on where the principals are based. Whilst in London, the focus is on diary management, logistics, travel planning, personal administration and supporting the wider Family Office. During international travel, the role becomes far more operational, requiring someone who is equally comfortable coordinating complex itineraries, anticipating the family's needs, running errands, supporting day-to-day household operations and working collaboratively alongside chefs, household staff and security teams to ensure everything runs effortlessly behind the scenes. The principals lead an international lifestyle, with travel forming a significant part of the role throughout the year. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and supportive team who accompany the family across a variety of locations, adapting to different residences, schedules and styles of service depending on the destination. The family are warm, respectful and down-to-earth, with a preference for proactive individuals who are calm under pressure, adaptable and naturally solution-focused. Previous experience within yachting, private aviation, private households or as a Travelling PA would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will understand what it means to provide exceptional service whilst remaining discreet, flexible and willing to turn their hand to whatever is required. Whether coordinating international travel, preparing a residence ahead of arrival, assisting with lifestyle requests or supporting meal service during periods overseas, this role requires someone who genuinely embraces a "no job too big or too small" approach. On offer is a competitive salary as well as a benefits package, including private medical insurance (following probation), pension, generous travel allowances, and all business travel, accommodation and expenses covered whilst on duty. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Providing comprehensive private PA support to the principals both in London and whilst travelling internationally. Complex diary, travel and itinerary management across multiple time zones. Coordinating logistics for international travel, residences and day-to-day family requirements. Managing personal administration, appointments, shopping, gifting and lifestyle requests. Running errands and overseeing ad hoc projects as required. Preparing residences ahead of the family's arrival and ensuring everything runs seamlessly throughout their stay. Assisting with table setting, meal service and general household support where appropriate whilst travelling. Liaising with household staff, chefs, drivers, close protection officers and external suppliers. Acting as a trusted representative of the principals with complete discretion and professionalism. Anticipating requirements, solving problems proactively and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Working collaboratively with the wider Family Office and travelling team to ensure exceptional standards are maintained at all times. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Previous experience as a Travelling PA, Private PA, EA or within an UHNW private household. Ideally a background in yachting, private aviation, luxury hospitality or another highly service-focused environment. Exceptional organisational and logistical skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive, hands-on attitude and genuine willingness to support wherever required. Outstanding discretion, emotional intelligence and professionalism. The flexibility to travel extensively throughout the year, often at relatively short notice. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work autonomously whilst also being part of a close-knit team. French language skills are considered a huge advantage. A calm, positive approach and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. A full, clean driving licence and unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
