Mortgage Advisor Apprentice

Unique Financial Services is committed to delivering expert advice, transparent guidance, and exceptional service throughout every stage of the financial journey.Assist Mortgage Advisors with the preparation and processing of mortgage applications.Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to obtain required information and documentation.Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM and compliance systems.Schedule appointments and manage advisor diaries.Prepare client documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA compliance requirements.Respond to client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.Learn about mortgage products, affordability assessments, lending criteria, and financial regulations.Support the administration of insurance and protection products where required.Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend all training sessions.Carry out general office administration duties to support the wider team.
