What you will do:
- Guide, advise, support, and supervise foster carers who are providing care for complex placements
- Support the supervision of staff as designated by the Team Manager
- Participate in the duty manager day duty rota one week at a time and cover in case of staff absence
Requirements to join us include a degree or equivalent in social work along with current Social Work England registration. You should also bring significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
