Main Responsibilities for Team Members
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Answer guest questions confidently and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and related products.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all customer-facing and work areas in accordance with company policies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- Previous experience with a Catering/Hospitality setting will berequired.
