We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 40 hours a week (night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Orchards .
Based in Thorrington, Essex, The Orchards supports men with a learning disability, and those who have complex needs and behaviours.
At The Orchards, each individual we support is unique; they have their own goals, needs, and interests. We work with each person we support to ensure that their life is filled with activities they enjoy, whilst also supporting them to develop their life skills to enable them to live independently. Your day-to-day…
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
Provide guidance & encouragement through physic al & emotional support
Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
Assist with medical & welfare needs
Report on medical & welfare needs as required

Why Cygnet? We'll offer you…£13.15 per/ hour starting, £13.45 per/hour post probation, and then £13.70 per/hour at 18 months.
