Location: Teignmouth
Salary: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
Type: 1 Week Temporary Assignment - Monday 10th August to Friday 14th August

The Company:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover at their busy office in Teignmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception or customer service experience who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
As the face of the business, you'll provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative duties.
The Role:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Delivering excellent customer service to both visitors and colleagues
Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
- Previous reception, front-of-house or office administration experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional, organised and reliable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy reception desk
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Must be available to work the full assignment from Monday 10th August to Friday 14th August
