Weekly Hours Worked: Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:30 (one day for study)About the Company:Capstone Law London is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious Solicitor Apprentice to join our specialist commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside the firm's Principal and Senior Partner, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of complex and high-value contentious matters whilst studying towards an LLB and qualifying as a solicitor through the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will receive structured mentoring, one-to-one supervision and progressive responsibility throughout the apprenticeship, developing the legal, analytical and professional skills expected of a future solicitor.Duties and Responsibilities: • Legal research and analysis. • Drafting correspondence, legal documents and court pleadings. • Preparing witness statements, disclosure and trial bundles. • Supporting commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters from instruction through to conclusion. • Preparing documentation for mediation, settlement negotiations and court hearings. • Attending client meetings, conferences with counsel and court hearings where appropriate. • Managing case files using the firm's case management systems. • Undertaking client onboarding, AML and regulatory compliance procedures. • Maintaining accurate attendance notes and file records. • Developing strong client care and communication skills.
