Learning Programs Associate

As a Learning Programs Associate within CIB Experience Design, you will support end-to-end delivery and scaling of learning across the Experience Design community, ensuring learning programs are relevant, well-executed, and adopted in day-to-day practice. You will partner closely with design practitioners and stakeholders to facilitate line-of-business tailored learning, coordinate the learning community, and translate feedback into measurable improvements across learning programs and adoption. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, collaborative teammate who communicates with clarity, exercises strong judgment in ambiguity, and brings genuine interest in human-centered learning. Job Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end learning delivery across Experience Design, including planning, scheduling, materials readiness, and logistics. Accelerate AI learning transformation by delivering role-based, use-case-driven learning that supports practical adoption in day-to-day design work. Contribute to building engaging learning experiences and reusable assets, including templates, playbooks, and modular learning content. Manage and enhance learning infrastructure, including intranet presence, repositories, and the LOB "front door" for learning programs and resources.
