Job Description Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions. Reconciling supplier and customer accounts. Assisting with bank reconciliations. Preparing payment runs. Supporting credit control activities where required. Processing employee expenses. Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Providing general support to the wider finance team. The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience using accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy team. A desire to continue learning and develop a long-term career in finance. What's on Offer Competitive salary of £30,000 .
