This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives , Manufacturing Operatives , Factory Operatives , Assembly Operatives , or Production Assistants looking for flexible, ad-hoc work with excellent rates of pay in a modern manufacturing environment. Carry out quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure products meet strict quality and customer standards. Identify and report faults, defects, or production issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. Work collaboratively as part of a busy production team to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physically fit and comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Shift Patterns & Pay Monday to Friday Day Shift 6am-2pm. £13.25 per hour. Twilight Shift 2pm-5pm - £13.25 per hour. 5pm-10pm - £18.55 per hour. Night Shift 10pm-6am. £18.55 per hour. Weekend Ad-hoc Shifts Friday, Saturday & Sunday Nights 5pm-6am. £18.55 per hour.
