An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the founders of a fast-growing, innovative FMCG brand entering a significant scale-up phase. The business is experiencing strong momentum, with continued growth across product, brand and operations. This is a fast-paced but well-connected environment where priorities evolve quickly, standards are high, and the EA plays a central role in enabling the founders to operate effectively and focus on strategic decision-making. This is a true right-hand support role, combining executive assistance, structured personal support, and light operational coordination. You will bring clarity, organisation and calm to busy schedules, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ensuring the founders’ time is protected and used effectively. You will also be involved in business projects and operational improvements, with genuine scope to shape elements of the role over time as the business evolves. Responsibilities will include: Full diary management for the founders, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones and shifting priorities Inbox and communications management, ensuring efficient prioritisation and timely responses Coordination of meetings, travel arrangements and end-to-end logistics Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring the founders’ time is protected and effectively allocated Supporting both business and personal organisation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Liaising with internal teams, investors and external partners on behalf of the founders Supporting ad-hoc projects, research and operational initiatives across the business Introducing and maintaining efficient systems, tools and processes to improve productivity and organisation Providing discreet support on sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgement What we’re looking for: Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Experienced in supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English Calm under pressure and comfortable managing changing priorities Naturally resourceful, solutions-focused and able to work independently Tech-savvy, with experience using modern productivity and collaboration tools Discreet, trustworthy and confident handling confidential information Positive, collaborative and enjoys being part of an ambitious, high-energy team
