The Role Supporting the Senior Executive Busy diary and calendar management Coordinating meetings and managing ever-changing schedules Organising UK and international travel Preparing meeting packs and presentations Organising client events, team lunches, dinners and social events Office management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office Liaising with clients Project work and research Requirements: ideally around 1–3 years’ experience in an EA, PA, Team Assistant or Office Assistant role Bright, enthusiastic and eager to learn Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude and happy to get involved wherever needed Professional, personable and confident dealing with people at all levels Strong Microsoft Office skills
