Personal Assistant - Real Estate Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30 Hybrid working: Hybrid working (3/2) Location: West End (London) Salary: Competitive + excellent firm benefits Are you an experienced, confident and relationship‑driven PA looking to support senior Partners within a high‑performing, people‑focused law firm? We're partnering with a leading firm seeking a polished, proactive Personal Assistant to support Partners within their Commercial Real Estate Team. Key responsibilities include: Taking full ownership of complex diaries and meeting logisticsManaging inboxes on behalf of Partners, prioritising messages and drafting responsesHandling compliance, billing and wider financial processesSupporting BD and Marketing with events, seminars and client engagementEnsuring all diary and travel information is accurately captured and updatedWhat we're looking for: A confident, polished PA with experience supporting senior stakeholdersStrong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlinesExcellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong internal/external relationshipsExperience within Commercial Real Estate If you're a proactive PA who enjoys supporting at senior level, loves variety and wants to be part of a warm, reputable firm, we'd love to hear from you!
