We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Clynsaer, a specialist residential service set in the beautiful Welsh countryside near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire. Please note: due to current sponsorship allocation limitations, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. New starter bonus: £1,000 payable upon successful completion of probation. About the Role This is a full-time Support Worker position working within a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service. You will work day shifts from 8:00am to 9:00pm, typically three shifts per week, including some weekend working. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
