Due to continued growth, Cygnet is looking for a motivated and organised HR Onboarding Assistant to join our friendly Central Functions team. Working in a fast-paced HR environment, you'll play a key role in supporting candidates through their onboarding journey, helping them successfully join our services while ensuring all compliance and pre-employment requirements are met. The Role As an HR Onboarding Assistant, you'll be responsible for guiding candidates through their pre-employment journey, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with Recruitment, HR, Hiring Managers and Candidates to deliver a professional onboarding experience while maintaining high standards of compliance and record keeping. This role would suit someone who enjoys: Delivering excellent customer service Building positive relationships Managing multiple tasks and deadlines Problem solving and attention to detail Working in a people-focused environment Developing a long-term career in HR Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Deliver a professional and supportive onboarding experience for candidates joining Cygnet Process contracts, offer letters and pre-employment documentation Conduct and audit pre-employment compliance checks including DBS checks, employment references, Right to Work documentation, sponsorship requirements and English language proficiency evidence Liaise with candidates, managers and colleagues to obtain outstanding information Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails, telephone enquiries and onboarding queries Maintain accurate employee records and update internal HR systems Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding checks Support compliance with CQC standards and Home Office sponsorship requirements Produce and maintain < /span>onboarding documentation and reports Assist the wider HR and Recruitment teams with administrative support as required We're Looking For Someone Who...
