What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Perform catheterisation and diabetic monitoring to ensure patient health is optimally managed.
• Administer IV medicines safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
• Provide palliative care with sensitivity and empathy, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care.
• Visit patients regularly to deliver respiratory care and manage simple dressings and wound management.
