Connect Appointments is recruiting a Welder/Fabricator to join a globally recognised manufacturing business based in Livingston. Our client is a well-established international manufacturer with a modern, well-organised workshop and a strong team culture. What's on offer? Full-time permanent position Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm 16.50 per hour 1,000 sign-on bonus with a further 1,000 bonus paid after a successful review following completion of 6 months Salary sacrifice pension matched up to 8% Bonus scheme and company sick pay Group life insurance and retail discount scheme As a Welder/Fabricator, your duties will include: TIG and MIG welding across a variety of fabrication projects Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings Working on general sheet metal and light fabrication work Using hand and power tools to trim, cut and fit components Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times To be considered as a Welder/Fabricator, you will need: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing environment Proven TIG and MIG welding skills The ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential Interested in this Welder/Fabricator role?
