Executive Support Assistant - Private Equity/ Education Mayfair, London Hybrid Working - lots of flexibility. £37,000 - 45,000 + benefits VB7457 We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Executive Support Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the Founder of a leading global education group. You'll play a key role in supporting executive priorities while gaining valuable exposure to senior leaders across Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, M&A and other corporate functions. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll support diary management, international travel, meetings, events, projects and business/ personal administration, helping to keep multiple priorities organised and on track. Working alongside an experienced Executive Assistant, you'll gain invaluable exposure to executive operations and develop the skills needed to build a successful career in executive support. The Role As Executive Support Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across a broad range of executive, business and personal activities, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Founder. Supporting the management of a complex diary across multiple international time zones. Coordinating international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and detailed itineraries. Organising meetings, preparing documentation and tracking actions to ensure deadlines are met. Providing flexible administrative support across a wide range of business and personal matters. Assisting with the administration of the Founder's global property portfolio, liaising with property managers, suppliers and contractors, coordinating maintenance and maintaining accurate records. Coordinating property-related travel, access arrangements, deliveries and logistics across multiple international locations. Supporting personal administration, including appointments, reservations, gifting and lifestyle-related requests with complete discretion. Researching and coordinating a variety of business and personal projects. Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, advisors, suppliers and professional service providers. Managing multiple workstreams while ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales. Anticipating administrative needs and proactively identifying solutions. Responding positively to changing priorities in a fast-moving international environment. Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in an administrative, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Coordinator role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, confident and approachable manner. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience coordinating travel, meetings or events (desirable). Experience processing expenses and company credit cards (desirable). Familiarity with travel management platforms such as Egencia or similar (advantageous). A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to use initiative. The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
