Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Burton Teddy Bears Nursery (Term Time Only) Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Burton Teddy Bears Nursery, Christchurch. Requirements; At least 12 months experience in a nursery setting would be desirable BSL (British Sign Language) would be desirable but can be trained You must be able to gain a clear DBS Preferably have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent or willing to work towards them Burton Teddy Bears Nursery is a family business brought up locally very much community based within the village, we work closely with the primary school. We have 2 rooms and care for children between 9 months and 5 Years Some of our activities include sensory play, messy play, walks, free flow inside and outside, forest school We have good transport around the nursery with lots of road parking and a bus route close by Your duties and responsibilities will include; Safeguard children Caref for the children at the beast of ability Enriching opportunities Get them school ready Prepare them to be resilient Nature and care for them Being responsive to their induvial needs Follow curriculum To inspire them Let them experience the world around them Hours; Burton Teddy Bears Nursery is open Monday and Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm and Tuesday, Wedneday and Friday 7:45am - 6:00pm (Term Time Only) The successful candidate will be required to work 36 hours per week Benefits Paid DBS check & update service Discounted childcare for staff Annual pay reviews Paid Uniform/Uniform allowance Free On-Site Parking Team social events Possibility of employment at the end of the apprenticeship STLV3
