Are you passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team across a variety of workplace and hospitality venues in South London.

Working in modern corporate cafés and hospitality environments, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality bean-to-cup coffees, serving customers with a smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're an experienced Barista or have customer service experience and a passion for coffee, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Information

• Predominantly Monday to Friday shifts
• Daytime working hours (shift times vary depending on the venue)
• Flexible shifts available to suit your availability
• Ongoing opportunities across South London
• Pay rate: £13.77 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing high-quality bean-to-cup coffees and speciality hot drinks
• Serving food, drinks and refreshments to customers
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Replenishing food and beverage displays
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming café environment
• Cleaning and maintaining coffee machines and equipment
• Following Food Safety, Health & Safety and allergen procedures at all times
• Working efficiently as part of a friendly and professional team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months previous Barista or café experience
• Experience using bean-to-cup coffee machines is essential
• A passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service
• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Barista, Café Assistant or Hospitality role is essential.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is desirable but not essential, we can provide this training
• Some venues may require a DBS Check depending on the site. If required, we'll support you through the application process.
