Our client, a beautiful boutique hotel and venue in Knightsbridge, is looking for an Events and Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced team in this fully office based role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality who wants to build a career spanning both event sales and delivery, gaining exposure to the full journey from first enquiry through to the final send-off. Working closely with senior colleagues, the successful candidate will help manage enquiries, support the sales pipeline, and assist with the smooth coordination of events from planning right through to execution. No two days will look the same, and there will be plenty of scope to get involved in marketing, administration, and wider commercial projects too. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable juggling several tasks at once without losing sight of the details. A calm head, a proactive attitude, and a real interest in a career in luxury hospitality will go a long way here. Previous experience in events or hotels is welcome but not essential, as the client is just as interested in enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Hours: 9-5pm, with flexibility for events, with time in lieu Salary: £28k, it will increase after probation (3 months) Duties include but are not limited to: Responding to inbound event enquiries and preparing proposals Managing the sales pipeline and enquiry records Coordinating client meetings and venue show-arounds Supporting event planning, timelines, and operational requirements Providing on-site support during events Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams Maintaining accurate contracts, records, and client documentation Supporting finance with invoices, deposits, and admin Assisting with rate management and SiteMinder administration Supporting marketing content, outreach, and business development research ***Joyce Guiness is one of the longest established business support recruitment agencies in London.
