An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious international executive search firm based in the West End. Supporting two principals, this is a fast-paced, business-critical role where you will act as a true right-hand, ensuring they are able to operate at their very best. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will become the first point of contact for senior clients and candidates, managing multiple priorities, coordinating complex schedules and providing seamless support across a variety of assignments. This is the ideal role for an Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of work. Key Responsibilities Managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. Acting as the first point of contact Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, briefing documents, proposals and correspondence. Coordinating interviews, video conferences and client meetings, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly. Maintaining and updating internal databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Conducting research and compiling information to support business development and client presentations. Managing assignment administration, ensuring deadlines are met. Building strong relationships with internal colleagues while providing support across the wider EA team when required. Key Attributes Previous Executive Assistant experience within executive search, professional services or fast-paced corporate environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to use your own initiative. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under pressure.
