We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Executive Assistant to support a successful international entrepreneur during his time in London. Based between the Principal's Mayfair office and nearby residence, you will become his trusted right hand, ensuring his incredibly busy business and personal life runs seamlessly. Working closely with the Principal's existing Personal Assistant in Saudi Arabia, you'll manage an ever-changing schedule, coordinate priorities across multiple businesses and time zones, and provide exceptional day-to-day support within a fast-paced international environment. No two days will be the same. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives under pressure and is always one step ahead. You'll be confident juggling multiple priorities while remaining calm, organised and solutions-focused. Resilience is essential, as you'll be supporting a demanding Principal in a high-pressure international environment. Working hours are generally around 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however a high degree of flexibility is essential to accommodate changing business requirements and occasional work outside of core hours. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Providing comprehensive Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support to the Principal Managing an extremely busy and ever-changing business and private diary Liaising daily with the Principal's existing Personal Assistant based in Saudi Arabia Coordinating meetings, appointments and reservations Managing emails and correspondence Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries Acting as the key point of contact across multiple businesses Ensuring calendars, commitments and priorities remain aligned Occasionally providing administrative support to one of the companies CEO, helping to coordinate schedules and maximise operational efficiency Handling confidential information with complete discretion Supporting ad hoc business and personal projects as required ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: At least 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar support role Exceptional diary management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure international environment Calm, resilient and able to perform under pressure Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Positive, energetic and approachable plus discreet and proactive Genuinely flexible with working hours when required Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Immediately available Excellent, checkable references
