Forth Valley College is looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our Apprenticeship, Skills & Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting learners, staff and stakeholders while contributing to the delivery of high-quality training and services across the College. Working in a busy and rewarding environment, you will provide effective administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries, deliver excellent customer service, maintain accurate records and support a range of operational activities. Key responsibilities include processing information, managing filing systems, inputting and retrieving data, maintaining administrative records and building positive working relationships with staff, learners and external stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring efficient processes and supporting successful outcomes for our learners and partners. Why Join Us? About You You should hold a recognised qualification at SVQ Level 2 or equivalent, together with a minimum of one year's experience in an office based role. Experience of handling customer enquiries and using a variety of office software packages is essential. We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office and administrative systems. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities effectively while consistently delivering a high standard of customer service.
