Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £30,000
Location: Canary Wharf
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm - full time office based

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in the heart of Canary Wharf.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering exceptional service while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Duties:
- - Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- - Providing outstanding customer service and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
- - Processing customer requests, orders and documentation accurately
- - Maintaining and updating customer records on internal systems
- - Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
- - Managing incoming correspondence and ensuring prompt follow-up
- - Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- - Escalating complex issues where necessary and ensuring successful resolution
Requirements for the role:
- - Previous experience within an office based customer service, administration or customer support role
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- - A proactive and positive approach to work
- - Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- - The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Log Call-Outs: Accurately and efficiently log all call-outs to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers via phone and email, providing top-notch support
- Complete and close jobs within our internal system, ensuring all tasks are tracked and managed
- Raise permits and verify that all documentation is accurate and complete
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular onsite visits and consistent, high‑quality service
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team, contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere.
