Job Description
Main Responsibilities:Assisting senior solicitors with residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity.Preparing correspondence and documents.Working directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other fee earners to to enhance transaction service.Dealing with file set up and administration.Dealing with AML and file set up compliance.Assisting with post exchange aspects of purchase and sale transactions and seeing them through to completion.Assisting with all aspects of post completion matters including title registration and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns.Company Benefits:Holiday of 31 days inclusive of bank holidays and Christmasclosing.
