Apprentice responsibilities will include assisting the payroll team, invoicing clients, pension reconciliations, weekly margin reports for clients. Collating and formatting and analyzing data.The duties of a Data Technician includes providing office support to both employees and customers, keeping company data updated and interacting with clients to build good relationships. This may include:Answering phone callsFollowing up on client and employee queriesPreparing plans to help streamline and improve business operationsWeekly Margin Reporting to ClientsSubmitting data to HMRC on a monthly basisPension ReconciliationsAdministrative tasks Timesheet EntryRaising invoices to clientsIssuing Employment ContractsObtaining Right to Work checksProcessing Payroll
