Receptionist Financial Services 7-month fixed-term contract £40,000 London A leading financial services firm is looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrator to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, while providing essential administrative support for their London office. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for visitors. Manage reception, meeting room bookings, room set-up, and resolve basic facilities or IT issues. Coordinate refreshments and catering for meetings and office events. Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently. Provide administrative support, including ordering office supplies, document management, archiving, and general office coordination. Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and shared administrative inboxes. Coordinate business travel and related administrative tasks. Liaise with building management, maintenance providers, and reception to support day-to-day office operations. Administer office security passes and access control. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential Confident, professional, and approachable with a customer-focused mindset. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond positively to changing priorities. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
