Customer Service Administrator - Orpington

Duration: 1 to 2 months
Location: Orpington

Salary: £13.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry📅


• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations


• Maintain organised filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date


• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications ☎️


• Support team members with various administrative projects and tasks


• Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration🤝

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail📝


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively


• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn🌱


• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not essential!
