Practice Nurse
Salary: Agenda for Change - up to Band 5 (DOE & skillset)
Hours: Part-time - 25-30 hours per week
We're working with a well-established, independent GP training practice in the Streatham area, who are looking to welcome an experienced Practice Nurse to their supportive clinical team. Serving a patient population of approximately 5,500, this practice offers an excellent working environment with a collaborative, long-term established staff team and forward-thinking ethos with a Good CQC rating.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Practice Nurse seeking flexibility and long-term stability within a high-performing practice.

The right candidate must have (essential):
- NMC registered Practice Nurse
- Experience working within General Practice
- Ability to work autonomously and step straight into the role
- Skill set including Cytology, Baby & Adult Immunisations, Chronic Disease reviews
