Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Design Engineer to join full time our specialist scaffolding engineering team at our Livingston office in Scotland. The successful candidate will assist in the production of safe, accurate, practical, and cost-effective design solutions for Layher products and systems, supporting the company's revenue and profit objectives while delivering first-class customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their technical capabilities within a supportive and fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced members of the Layher UK Technical Team. Working across a diverse portfolio of construction, industrial, infrastructure, rail, and maintenance projects, you will develop scaffold and temporary works designs from concept through to installation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, client requirements, and industry best practice.
