To deliver the CISRS approved suite of courses within the given subject area at the Enigma-is Training Centre in Derby and at sites throughout England, Wales, and Scotland when required. You must be confident and consistent in presenting and delivering all training activities in a professional way that reflects Enigma-is business integrity and culture. To deliver courses as required in line with CISRS and accrediting body requirements. To support customers during course delivery as appropriate. To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs set within the personal development plan.
