We are seeking a Front Of House Assistant to assist in the effective operations of the centre and ensure that the high standards of customer services are set and maintained. The Opportunity We are looking for a front of house assistant to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide. As a front of house assistant you will have strong interpersonal and customer facing skills and become knowledgeable about our facility and the services we provide. You will ideally be able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role; capability in cash handling, customer relations, sales and basic computer skills are essential requirements for this post You will also have an involvement in operating our cafe to serve hot beverages and little bites and snacks. As the successful applicant, you will be provided with full training in all aspects of this role.
