Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator RIBA North (Liverpool) Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office) Duration: temporary role for 3 months Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm Pay: £14.84 per hour plus £1.79 holiday pay per hour Charity People is delighted to be partnering with RIBA North. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to join RIBA's learning team on a 3-month temporary basis during this busy period. You will be supporting the migration to a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring learning content is accurately transferred, tested, and maintained, while also supporting the delivery of high-quality digital learning programmes. As part of the learning team, you will help ensure a seamless experience for learners during an exciting period of digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Support the migration of learning content into a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Build courses and learning pathways within Brightspace Upload, organise and maintain learning materials, multimedia content and supporting resources Conduct quality assurance checks on migrated courses, identifying and reporting issues Maintain migration trackers and support user acceptance testing activities Create and maintain courses, catalogues and learner enrolments Create product listing pages and configure associated learning products Maintain course information, schedules and learning assets Work closely with internal teams to ensure learning content is published accurately and on schedule Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning administration processes and systems About You Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar digital platform Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Desirable Experience Experience using Brightspace or another VLE/LMS platform Experience creating or maintaining online learning courses Experience uploading and managing digital learning assets and multimedia content Experience working within learning and development, education, training or membership organisations This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working with digital systems, has a strong eye for detail, and is keen to contribute to a significant learning technology project within a respected professional body.
