Executive Assistant to Chair & Creative Director An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Chair and Creative Director across a diverse international portfolio spanning business, board, creative and philanthropic commitments. This is a highly trusted role requiring outstanding organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Proactive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones Complex international travel coordination and detailed itinerary preparation Board and committee administration, including agendas, board papers, minutes and governance documentation Supporting creative projects, presentations and seasonal planning Coordinating meetings, events and public speaking engagements Managing stakeholder relationships with board members, senior executives and external partners Tracking projects, deadlines and follow-up actions across multiple business areas Providing confidential executive and occasional personal support About You Significant experience supporting C-suite executives, founders or Board Chairs Previous experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, private family office or international business environments is highly desirable Strong board governance and minute-taking experience is advantageous Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills with complete discretion and professionalism Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and confident using modern productivity, collaboration and AI-enabled technologies Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs before they arise This is a flexible hybrid role based in London, with occasional domestic and international travel.
