Connect Appointments are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy food production and manufacturing business in Paisley on a temporary-to-permanent basis! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment, with the potential of permanent employment for the right candidate. Successful What's on offer? Temporary-to-permanent position Monday to Thursday, 5am starts Full training provided Working as a Production Operative, your duties will include: Operating and cleaning assembly and production machinery Monitoring production and assembly lines throughout the shift Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to batch instructions Conducting basic testing and quality checks on products Storing goods and raw materials safely and accurately Reporting faulty machinery or production issues to supervisors promptly Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area To be successful in this Production Operative job , you will ideally have previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment - with previous food manufacturing experience a distinct advantageous. - but not essential as full training is provided.
