Volunteer Graphic Designer — The Lyonic Scots Society Location: Remote (UK-based preferred) Hours: Flexible, part-time volunteer role Start date: Immediate Commitment: One Off / ongoing / project-based About Us The Lyonic Scots Society is a heritage and cultural organisation inspired by the legacy of Lyoness — a community born from courage, unity, and Scottish pride. Our mission is to preserve and share our history, traditions, and creative spirit with the world. In 2026, we took our story global, and now we’re building a visual identity worthy of that legacy. The Role We’re looking for a creative volunteer Graphic Designer to help shape the visual face of the Lyonic Scots Society. You’ll design materials that bring our heritage to life and help us connect with audiences worldwide. What You’ll Do Design logos, emblems, and digital branding for our global community Create digital and print promotional materials — posters, banners, booklets, and social media graphics Develop merchandise designs (badges, apparel, and souvenirs) Support the creation of event visuals and campaign artwork Collaborate with our communications team to ensure brand consistency What We’re Looking For Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools A flair for heritage, symbolism, and storytelling through design Ability to work independently and meet creative briefs Passion for Scottish culture, history, or community development What You’ll Gain A chance to build a global portfolio with meaningful, heritage-driven projects Experience working with a growing international organisation Recognition in all published materials and campaigns The opportunity to help shape a cultural legacy How to Apply Please send your portfolio or examples of your work , along with a short note about your interest in Scottish heritage and design, through the Charity Job site.
